At Tattoo Inspired Clothing, every shirt is made just for you when you place your order. We want you to love what you wear, but if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to redeem ourselves in every possible way.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, only for shirts that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
What items are eligible for return?
The following items are eligible for return:

Shirts that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Items can’t be returned if:

Worn or washed items.
- Orders with the wrong size due to customer error.

Clearance or final sale items.
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email us at john.howes103@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item provided is incorrect, defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost. On the contrary, if the reason behind the return is due to a size or color issue, the customer will have to cover the shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. However, if there’s a delay from our end, contact our support team immediately.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size or design?
No exchanges are possible since each shirt is made-to-order. However, you are more than welcome to place a new order once your return is processed.
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If the quality is not on par with the images shown on our website, provide us with photos of the item and your order ID within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I return a sale or clearance item?
All sale and clearance items are final and can’t be refunded or returned upon being purchased.
