Ordering

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

If it’s been days since you placed your order, and you haven’t yet received an email, don’t break a sweat. Instead, contact us by filling in the form or send us an email at  john.howes103@gmail.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. So if the status of your order is still being processed, contact us immediately.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo are permissible.

International credit cards are also welcome, although foreign transaction fees may be charged.

Why was my card declined?

If your card was declined, it might either imply a network issue, or an issue with the card itself.

While the network error can be fixed by restarting your router, for the latter, ensure that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address match your statement. Contact your bank if everything seems correct.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide via your local postal service.

How much does shipping cost?

Rates depend on your location and number of items, calculated automatically at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders take 5–10 business days for delivery, while international orders take 2–4 weeks to be delivered.

How do I track the status of my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been confirmed and shipped for delivery. 

What if my order is late?

Postal delays happen occasionally. Contact us with your order number if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

Products

Will my shirt look exactly like the photo?

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or fabric dye lots. But if you’d still like to file for either a replacement or refund, send us an email or click here to learn more about our refund and return policy.

Problems with Orders

My shirt arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Send photos and your order number within 30 days. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

I’m missing an item. What should I do next?

Mistakes are part of success. Similarly, if an item appears to be missing upon delivery, we hope you accept our sincerest apologies. 

Due to some items shipping in multiple packages, you may also check the status of your order. Contact us immediately if an item is still missing.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, but only for damaged, defective, or misprinted shirts. Exchanges for size or design changes are not possible once the item is in production.
